SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Since these are handcrafted pieces, please allow us 5 -10 business days to fill your order from the date of purchase. All domestic orders ship insured with tracking via USPS. Optional FedEx service is available.
International orders (Duties & Taxes) - The customer (receiver) is responsible for any and all custom duties/taxes.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
We will send updates regarding the status of your order to the email address you provided when ordering.
Sales tax is automatically applied to your order in accordance with individual state regulations if your shipping address is in one of the following states: NY

LUGDUN ARTISANS accepts the following:
Credit Cards: The total dollar amount of your order is allocated at the time your card is approved. If the amount charged exceeds your credit limit during the transfer of funds, your order will be automatically canceled.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
You may cancel your order as long as it has not shipped. Email us at CUSTOMER SUPPORT and include your contact information along with order number. You will get an email confirmation regarding your order cancellation and refund confirmation.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
LUGDUN ARTISANS merchandise is handcrafted and made-to-order. We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item in exchange for a replacement/repair.
Defective merchandise may be returned within 21 days of delivery for a replacement exchange or repair. The defective nature of the item will be determined upon receipt. Request a Return Authorization number for defective merchandise: CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Returns for reasons other than defective or incorrect merchandise may be done within 7 days of delivery and will be awarded a store credit only. The store credit is only for the value of the good/s and excludes any previously paid shipping charges. Goods must be returned undamaged and with original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipping charge. We will only refund shipping charges if we send the wrong item or if the item sent was defective. Exchanges for a different item may be done within 7 days of delivery and will be awarded a store credit only. Customized items are nonrefundable and cannot be exchanged. If the item is found defective, it may be returned within 21 days of delivery for repair.
Resizing of jewelry can be done upon request. The cost of service is determined per item and charged accordingly.

Apparel returns will be accepted at our discretion for a store credit only. If you are making an exchange because you would like a different size, style or color, you will be charged for shipping on your exchange.
Wear and Tear is normal and expected with any item that is abraised. This includes jewelry and its patina (natural & man-made). For questions on how you can rejuvenize your jewelry's patina, please email us at
**The return/exchange value is determined by the last retail price of the item purchased by you. Please contact customer service at CUSTOMER SUPPORT for a Return Authorization number, which must be clearly written on the OUTSIDE of the package. Returns without a Return Authorization number will be refused upon delivery and returned to sender. Please note the reason(s) for return. For an exchange, a credit will be applied to your next order.
